We want the trial to give you a fair chance to decide if CandySTX is right for you before you pay anything.
Free trial
- New subscribers get a 3-day free trial with full Pro access.
- A payment card is required up front, but you are not charged during the trial.
- Billing starts automatically when the trial ends.
- Cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel anytime from the billing page. Cancellation stops future renewals — you keep Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for, then your account moves to the free tier.
Refunds
Because of the free trial, we generally do not offer refunds for subscription periods that have already started. However, we handle refund requests case by case, and we will always honour refunds where they are required by UK consumer law. If you were charged in error or have a problem, get in touch and we'll make it right.
