Terms of Service

1. What CandySTX is

CandySTX is an educational platform for learning forex chart analysis and trading discipline. It includes quizzes, chart challenges, a Practice Floor using virtual money, leaderboards, and achievements. CandySTX is not a broker, financial adviser, signal provider, or fund manager, and nothing on the platform is financial advice.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use CandySTX. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms.

3. Subscriptions, trial & billing

• CandySTX Pro is offered on a monthly (£11.99) or annual (£119.90) subscription.
• New subscribers get a 3-day free trial. A payment card is required up front.
• You are first charged when the trial ends, then automatically on each renewal date until you cancel.
• Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card details.
• You can cancel at any time from the billing page; cancellation stops future renewals.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: misuse or attempt to disrupt the service; scrape or resell content; share your account; attempt to bypass the paywall; or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

5. No financial advice

All content, scores, demo results, and rankings are for education and practice only. They are not recommendations to buy or sell any instrument and are not a prediction of future results. You are solely responsible for any real-world trading or financial decisions you make.

6. Market data

The Practice Floor uses practice price data provided by OANDA for use inside the platform only. Data may be delayed, interrupted, or inaccurate and must not be relied on for live trading.

7. Platform availability

We aim to keep CandySTX available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change, and we may modify or discontinue parts of the service. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or third-party outages (including Supabase, Stripe, or OANDA).

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CandySTX is provided "as is". We are not liable for any trading losses or for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
